
IMPORTANT: An
individual MUST be present to receive St. Louis Style Pizza Coast
to Coast shipments if the item is perishable. St. Louis
Style Pizza Coast to Coast will not be responsible for items that
have been left unattended. UPS deliveries occur during business
hours.
Customers or STL Pizza Coast to Coast cannot specify delivery times to UPS. For example, orders cannot be delivered "in the morning", "in the afternoon" or "by a certain time." UPS will deliver on specified days only (except Sunday, Monday, holidays). There is an extra charge for Saturday delivery and overnighting of product.
St. Louis Style Pizza Coast to Coast (i.e. UPS )
will not be responsible for orders which cannot be delivered due
to recipients not being available to accept delivery.
Perishable products must be accepted upon initial delivery to be
immediately refrigerated or frozen. UPS may not leave shipments
if no one is available to accept the delivery. St. Louis
Style pizza is not responsible for products which are damaged due
to missed deliveries.
We require that you provide a residential or business address where
a recipient will be available during normal business hours the date
of scheduled delivery. We only deliver to business and residential
addresses. We will accept deliveries to rural routes with complete
addresses and telephone numbers. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Policy:
St. Louis Style Pizza Coast to Coast will send all Imo’s
Pizzas via UPS Next Day Air. This overnight
delivery is required to guarantee excellent quality. All other items
are shipped separately from pizzas. Imo's food product, pizzas
or merchandise may be shipped UPS ground at STL Pizza's discretion.
Since St. Louis Style Pizza ships across the country, there may be times during the year that shipping will not be possible due to inclement weather. When this occurs, STL will try to contact you by email or phone to let you know the status of your order. If this happens, we will ship on the next available ship date.

Pizza orders are fulfilled within approximately 8 hours. Imo's
Pizzas are made at an actual Imo’s location, then half-baked
and frozen, packed in a custom Styrofoam box with dry ice and shipped
UPS Next Day Air. You receive an email message confirmation when
your order has been sent.

On Product that is ordered with pizzas:
Product portion must total $60.00.
Pizzas will be shipped overnight, product will be shipped 2 day.
Saturday delivery is available for an additional $30.00.
Sunday or Holiday delivery is not available.
Minimum order amount is $75.00.
Missouri residents will be charged sales tax.
Incorrect addresses will result in a $15.00 additional charge
for re-delivery.
Shipping charges are included in the price of each item. Due to
varying total weights, this is the best way for us to effectively
service our customers around the U.S.
NOTE: Add $85.00 additional charge for overnight delivery of product. For Saturday product delivery, also add $30.00 ($85.00 + $30.00).
Returns
Pizzas and food products cannot be returned once received.
However, if you are not satisfied with the quality, freshness or
condition of your order, we will gladly replace or refund your money.
However, you must contact STL Pizza by phone, within 8 hours of
receiving the order, for our return policy instructions.
STL PIZZA COAST TO COAST MUST BE NOTIFIED, BY PHONE, OF
ANY INCOMPLETE OR
INCORRECT ORDERS WITHIN 8 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE
PIZZAS OR PRODUCTS. IF STL PIZZA IS NOT CONTACTED, STL PIZZA WILL
NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, CREDITS, ETC. TO
THE CUSTOMERS.
CUSTOMER MUST ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ALL PRODUCTS/ PIZZAS. IF AN ITEM
IS DAMAGED, WE WILL EITHER RESHIP OR CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT, AT STL'S
DISCRETION.
WE CANNOT REIMBURSE, REFUND OR RESHIP DELIVERIES THAT HAVE BEEN
REFUSED.
Dry Ice Precautions
Pizzas are shipped in a Styrofoam lined box with dry ice. Dry
ice is used to ship all pizzas and perishable food products to
ensure freshness and quality until received by our customers. Typically,
the dry ice is no longer visible when the shipment arrives which
eliminates all safety hazards. However, occasionally, a small amount
of dry ice may remain when the package is received. Please be aware
of these standard safety tips regarding dry ice:
1. Dry ice is a skin and eye irritant. If you must handle it,
use gloves to protect your skin.
2. Dry ice is harmful if swallowed. If eaten, seek medical help
immediately.
3. Avoid contact with skin, mouth, eyes, and clothing. Dry ice
may cause severe frostbite or burns. If burns or frostbite occur,
seek medical help immediately.
4. Always keep out of reach of children.
